My 6yo has started pretend electronic locking her bedroom door at night so Trump can't get in. She seemed to think that he himself is going into homes and causing harm. There are children in her school whose families have been impacted by ICE so we assume this is where the concern came from.

My spouse’s parents are nearly in their 80s. He’s been begging them to do some planning, but they’re reluctant. I know it’s gonna be a clusterf*ck and there’s not much I can do about it! It’s indescribably frustrating.
My partner already knew most of it, which certainly concerns me!

It’s my birthday, but it’s also unfortunately the third anniversary of the day I got the Covid infection that disabled me. This year has been the hardest with the disease. I encourage you to be careful this holiday season, wear a mask and test, do not get or give Covid to anyone.
