Found a jar of a beautiful, dark ruby coloured jelly in the cupboard. It’s clearly savoury, because otherwise I’d have put it with the jam in the cellar, but there is *no label*.

Turns out some people are just not built for early mornings? I have never understood why “up and cheery at 6am, useless after 9pm” is considered so virtuous, while “up til 12am, useless before 9am” is seen as deviant. It’s the same hours!
