You know what emergent tech of the last decade actually works well, and was adopted by millions?

3D printing. It’s great! So many applications.

But also nobody is sneering at you for not having or utilizing 3D printing. Nobody is trying to sneak a 3D printer into your garage without your consent

WeTransfer just changed their TOS giving themselves permission to train AI on any content you transfer and produce derivative works based on content you transfer that they are allowed to monetize and you are not allowed payment for.

For the friends and network of @codepope.dev - I very sadly have to share that DJ died on Wednesday, 9th July.

Unexpected, and a big shock to many of us in the UK tech community. A really warm, generous human who shared what he knew and wanted to help others to learn. He will be greatly missed.
