I don't know about other horror fans but for me watching horror isn't really about being "scared". In fact it's quite the opposite. For me the scary stuff makes me squee with delight, like riding a roller coaster or something. It's fun!

I remember as a child every adult I knew was whipped into a frenzy by this book "88 Reasons Why The Rapture Could Be in '88". One piece of "evidence" presented was that the bible said no man knew the day nor the hour, but it didn't say anything about not knowing the month or the year!

He predicted Christ would return in September. Everyone was *crushed* when September came and went. Then he said "Wait, I was wrong! It's October!" Everyone was hopeful again. That didn't happen either of course. Then everyone just pretended they never believed it in the first place.

For brewing iced coffee though, nothing beats an Aeropress. I love to make a concentrated batch and some brown sugar simple syrup and have delicious iced coffee for a few days 😋

It is a good cup of coffee, it's true, but sometimes I am not quite awake enough to operate an Aeropress safely 😂

I switched to using a Chemex for awhile, which I also liked, but now I'm back to Aeropress because Chemex filters are stupid expensive and wasteful.

In video games, you will often find a fully roasted chicken abandoned on the ground, and eating it extremely quickly makes you feel better. What's less known is that this is also true in real life
