Israel says it will open the Rafah crossing so people inside Gaza can leave. Why won't Israel allow Palestinians who've already left to use the crossing to return? Why won't Israel allow humanitarian agencies to use the crossing to bring aid into Gaza?

On Sunday, three more Palestinians were killed and two others injured in Israeli attacks, raising the death toll to 356 since the U.S.-brokered ceasefire went into effect on October 10. Meanwhile, Israel returned 15 more Palestinian bodies to Gaza as part of the first phase of the ceasefire deal.
