In fact, I just did. Burnout 3 remains the GOAT arcade racer. Criterion just got it right with this one.

Racing games are only good when they embody the most immature and childish "car go vroom!" feelings that you can ever have.
Burnout 3 is underrated as one of the very, very best games of all time because you can show Burnout 3 footage to people two decades later and their reaction will still be "hell yeah, this rules. I wanna play this right now."

Have never gone to the movies enough times to see a movie that truly made me "mad" but I can remember walking out after Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019) and not really feeling anything.

Well, turns out I *won't* be adding my custom playlist to Burnout 3. Won't recognize the CD-R. This modded Xbox pretty much can't read any discs at all anyway, even after I opened the disc drive and cleaned the laser.
There's no other way to add music to an OG Xbox, is there? #xbox

All this talk I'm seeing about Burnout 3 reminded me that the soundtrack never really did it for me, as much as I love the game. But the OG Xbox allows you to add custom soundtracks, so I've been cooking up one more to my tastes.

My (almost) complete Metroid collection!
Only missing Metroid Prime Pinball which hardly feels worth it at $100, and the NRS Classics Series Metroid for GBA which I'm in no rush to get.

Been playing the PC version of Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire via Steam. I've never been a "PC Master Race" type but it's hard to go back to the N64 version after playing this, especially with the superior performance and controls with an X360 controller. #retro #retrogaming #gaming #starwars
