I didn't know him from Mortal Kombat, but from The Man in the High Castle, where he played Trade Minister Nobusuke Tagomi. He was absolutely fantastic in that role.

I will add: Amazon only pulled the dubs that got the most vocal outcry. They will continue this attempt until it becomes apparent that AI is a brand withdrawal and a poor ROI.
While this article goes very rightly into the disrespect actors have faced in dubbing, underneath that is an entire ecosystem of abused and rushed freelancers doing the timecoding, adapting, directing, engineering, and mixing who Amazon also attempted to cut.
