The oath they took is to follow the Constitution. Not some faschist dictator. PERIOD. I took that oath. Been there and done that. The Commander in Chief is not to be followed if his or her orders are illegal. If you can't figure out what is legal or illegal, then get out of the military.

There is no slippery slope. As a soldier you are taught you have the right question an order as to as to the authority. As we are currently not at war orders to kill must have a basis in military law. I was an enlisted person. I understood the rules of engagement, that is the job.
