DHS was created by the Homeland Security Act of 2002, not the Patriot Act, but a straight up repeal might be the way to go here.
Revoking the “Patriot Act” wipes out DHS, ICE, ODNI and a lot of other evils that came from inept legislators who refused to listen to experts in the wake of 9/11. All they listened to were the “give up your freedoms so we can protect you” fascists.

Trump's thugs are going hog wild and tossing gas around in one of the busiest commercial districts in Minneapolis, just a mile or so from where I live. Complete insanity.
