Fun fact: Until I bought Buffy on DVD after moving to the US, I had no idea that Willow had done… THAT to Warren. They cut that bit out when it aired in the UK.

I read most of the Buffy season 8 comics not really knowing who that guy was, and then when someone said his name I went "Oh! …Huh?"

I was in the audience the day Matt Smith appeared on the show, and while we didn't get to see this being taped (this was a dress rehearsal) we did get to see Craig talk forlornly about not getting the rights to the music and how bummed he was that he wouldn't get to open the show with this sequence.

Remember all of the ghouls who denied this was happening and did everything they could to make the problem worse from JK Rowling to Wes Streeting. The NHS who did a stitch up report to hide the growing number of suicides from trans youth on the waitlists. They should never be forgiven.

There's a comedy podcast I used to listen to that I quite liked, but I stopped because the ad reads were SO aggressive. It just put me off.

Jump Leads will never have ads. I'd rather not make any money than put ads into that show.

As a reminder: If you care about security, privacy, and your processor not getting baked, I recommend against using Google Chrome. I switched back to Firefox a few years ago, and aside from the AI tab grouping feature I had to disable it's perfect.

16. Sam & Max Hit the Road

The Saturday morning cartoon, which I think aired on Fox Kids or Channel Four in the UK, was my first exposure to Sam & Max, and I loved it. Discovering there was an adventure game - by the masters of the genre, no less! - made me ooze with joy. Ruddy marvelous.

Their actual guitar controllers look amazing, but I'm bummed that the Rock Band style frets are an optional (and pricey!) add-on. It pushes those controllers out of my budget.

3. Have they blurred or obscured a watermark?

I grew up in the UK - British comedian Jack Dee did some memorable commercials for John Smith lager in the 90s. I still think about this one decades later.
