A peak of one of the new linocut prints featured in my new book, Printing Birds and Wildlife in Linocut. This is the start of carving a long-tailed tit print, where I’ve carved in the key lines. I often have a flock of them fly by my studio window.

A ceramic bird sculpture done with black, turquoise, green, and orange underglazes. The bird features a variety of sgraffito floral patterns and marks all along it’s body. The bird also has a handmade red tassel hanging from it’s mouth with a lucky coin attached to it.

Deinocheirus mirificus was a huge ornithomimosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous in Asia. This herbivorous dinosaur had huge arms with large claws that were probably primarily used for digging or gathering plants

Daily bunny no.3211 is forging his own path
A bunny drives a snowplow down a road covered in snow. Next to him, a second bunny is attempting to shovel the sidewalk, carving a path through the snow (which comes almost up to the bunny's eye level.)
