What I am constantly reminded of is how many Christians, mainly Evangelicals and Christian Nationalists, claim to follow Jesus but are fully self-centered. They are steeped in Prosperity Gospel. They are venal. They believe that God wants them to be successful, not kind or generous or empathetic.

ICE murdered Renée Good in broad daylight. Less than 3 weeks later, they killed Alex Pretti, shooting him 10 times. Every day, we watch as people are ripped from their cars, their homes, their lives.
