I think we're seeing failure across the board of the institutions that we thought would be a bulwark & instead, it's individuals, neighbors, independent media & law firms that are actually the ones demonstrating courage.
Love of money really is the root of all kinds of evil & cowardice.

This is basically the Dual State theory, right? Except the prerogative state is pretty sharply confined by a combination of institutional and logistical limits and a lot of the effort they could be putting into circumventing those limits is going into making Content instead.
