I think we're kin.😄 I wash my hair a different day from when I shower. I, too, have contemplated shaving my head and just wearing a wig. What stops me is that it's too hot down here to cover my head.

Trying to cut down on carbs but love chips and dip? I #HighlyRecommend using pork rinds. They're crunchy and salty just like chips, and you can use ranch, salsa, guacamole, etc. This #protein source tends to powder in the mouth and can be a choking hazard, so always use a dip.
