The problem is not the training or existing laws. The problem is with THE MISSION & the cultures of ICE/CBP. Listen to your colleagues from targeted communities. Follow their lead. Bovino is not a satisfactory blood sacrifice after what has been done to our communities. Abolish ICE, reform CBP.
