the udon place was so packed that i wouldn’t be able to make it to my appointment in time, so i got a sandwich instead

my therapist, of course, had to cancel. i could have eaten the noodles. they were right there. they smelled so good. i might cry

my therapist keeps cancelling on me which is making it very difficult to try the new udon place i found near his office

or get help with the major depressive swing i guess but the noodles are the bigger tragedy
