"If you watch an episode of Cheers, you might hear references to foreign filmmakers, to classical musicians, to Russian novelists. The level of assumed knowledge back then was far greater; now, TV is rarely adventurous in its allusions."

I could have written 10k words on this game. It's remarkable. It's everything you want and need from a city-builder, but also there's transport tycoon and sid meier's colonization stuff in there as well, and even in EA it's almost perfect

If we want to get into it the ending they "deserve" was the end of the first game, every subsequent story (despite being good or not to varying degrees) has been supurflous. Also Life is Strange stopped being interesting with Exposure, to me at least, soley because it gave up and returned to Max
Life is Strange: Reunion announced, releasing on March 26th news.xbox.com/en-us/2026/0...

"By and for fans of the original, Life is Strange: Reunion finally brings Max and Chloe’s saga to a definitive close."

People think the male fantasy is power, but no

The male fantasy is having an actually cool midlife crisis that you meet a goth baddie in the middle of, like in Fight Club or The Matrix

The female fantasy is getting lost in a big maze populated by muppets and a singing twunk, like in Labyrinth

If there's one thing I've learned from the Fires Emblem, gaining all the medals is the way to grant the mean king his wish, so Norway's resilience is far braver and more important than we can imagine.

It’s cool how news has like, over time now. Extra innings for “the president has said some stupid shit that could lead to crisis.” That’s sick, actually.
