If we don't get these guys off the street they're gonna deploy tear gas in lines at polling places "accidentally" during the midterms. You may say "I'll stand in line and vote" but not everyone will. Some people are just coming home from work, trying to do their civic duty and won't deal with it
I just got tear gassed along with thousands of union members, many of whom had their families with them. Federal agents at the ICE facility tear gassed children. We must abolish ICE, DHS, and we must have prosecutions. I expect to see enforcement of our city code prohibiting the use of tear gas.

What has been hitting me all day is this horrendous information is trauma-inducing just from reading it and I think it is telling that the Trump DOJ chose to protect the pedophiles and minimize this release rather than caution the American people that this is soul-wrenching to read.
I found the first investigative file from the first complainant against Epstein in 2005.
There are descriptions from the officer, over several interviews of the girl, of her pulling her knees up on the chair, drawing doodles, & the officer high-fiving her to keep her calm as she speaks of horror.

While this IS the raving of a 79 year old mad man who is also the President of the United States and in the grips of an ever-increasing dementia, please note he is saying the Fed govt will not protect State/Local while demanding State/Local protect Fed property or else Fed will assume control.
On its face, the statement promises non-intervention unless requested. In practice, it repeatedly asserts federal authority to act independently in the name of protecting federal property, creating a conditional override of local control.

I hadn't thought of this, but it makes sense to me now. With how disposable people are to the Trump regime, the agents wouldn't be any different. They may not admit mistakes, but the regime would absolutely turn their back on an agent after thy are used up (See: Charlie Kirk).
an agency that actually cared about its officers’ lives would be in favor of body cams, unmasking and clear, visible ID because they all lessen the likelihood of this happening, but DHS wants to see their officers get killed
I really think the odds are better than even that two or more branches of law enforcement or the military get into a firefight by 2029.
