Hmm. I just saw some pictures of the collar but it's kind of low quality, so it's hard to tell. I don't know if I'd rush to say it's abuse based on anything I just read. Never watched his stream btw, just know him based on his reputation. Weirdly he was interviewed on NPR this morning.
