Damn. Love her.
Way to go! 🔥👍💯❤️👏
This 14-year-old girl hands Megyn Kelly her ass for her utterly disgusting minimization of child sexual abuse.

#ArtAdventCalendar #Day4 Marine Iguana/Attention Whore. Inspired by one iguana in a pile of iguanas that clearly wanted his photo taken. Acrylic on canvas.

Most of my work is multimedia. I call this one Opioid People Trap. It's inspired by the opioid crisis and the way my mother hoarded painkillers. These are a small fraction of the pills leftover from her death, all painted with nail polish. #ArtAdventCalendar #Day3 #grief #healing

This one is still in process. I'd really like to finish it before the end of the year. It's an interpretation of the profile pic of a friend of mine who died in 2019. I miss her. #artadventcalendar day #2 #catchingup

The masked burglar broke into the closed Virginia liquor store early on Saturday and hit the bottom shelf. The bandit was something of a nocturnal menace: bottles were smashed and alcohol pooled on the floor.

The suspect acted like an animal because, in fact, he's a raccoon.

The “culture that we are known for” is being racist and gun crazy. I don’t think that’s something we should be maintaining.

Look at this! For the first time since it was found, partially excavated and dispersed in the 1950s, someone has digitally reconstructed the 6th century mosaic from Qasr el-Lebia in Cyrenacia, Libya. 😮🤯

I'm better at locating items in the fridge while sitting in another room telling my partner where to find them than he is with his head in the fridge. Even when he put them in there. It is the most frequent (and possibly most useful) way I use my photographic memory.

I reread my new play today for the first time since finishing it and I didn't hate it. I also don't think it's going to be The Most Amazing Play Ever, but it's a solid first draft. Always such a gamble rereading a 1st draft. More than 50% chance that self-loathing is the result.

Will I do Christmas cards this year? I kind of want to. What's wrong with me?

Walmart and McDonald’s are among the top employers of workers who rely on food stamps.

McDonald's CEO raked in $18.2M last year — over 1,000x the company's median employee pay.

Walmart's CEO pocketed $27.4M — 930x the company's median employee pay.

See the problem?

I've gone full circle from IT people thinking I'm lame for still using WordPerfect to them being impressed that it still exists and will run on Windows 11.

I cannot even begin to express my rage at this lie

reading this through me back into my pandemic EMT life, attempting to resuscitate a child experiencing a cardiac arrest secondary to COVID while a father says “we heard that the vaccine was riskier than COVID for kids” and a mother wails in agony
NEW: The F.D.A. announced in an internal memo that 10 children died "because of" the Covid shot. Other experts want to see proof.

“This is a profound revelation,” Dr. Prasad's memo said. “For the first time, the U.S. F.D.A. will acknowledge that Covid-19 vaccines have killed American children.”

One of the great things about early Bsky is that we promoted the idea of engagement. That is, instead of follow for follow, we followed those who conversed with us. Engagement leads to connection. So please, let’s not lose that! Engage, not just like—that’s why I follow folks, myself!

I just used the singular "y'all" while talking to my dog. As a native NYer who has lived her whole adult life in Chicago, I'm not really sure where that came from. I did proof my play CHAGRIN FALLS this week and I've been watching The Lowdown (v good), so maybe that's why....
