The Puerto Rican artist’s Super Bowl performance was a reclamation and a reminder that, after more than 500 years of colonization, seguimos aquí.

If only America didn't elect a criminal.

If only America didn't wallow in its racism and mysogyny in 2024.

If only...

Majority Americans chose the path we all.have to walk. If you're a majority American, maybe you should have a deep conversation within your community about its choices.

Once again, your screenshot mentioned a January 5th announcement. A search for that date brought up information about Title 42. Just saying a transit ban without any specifics isn't helpful. Trump banned so many different things, it pays to be specific.

Not that I expect such...

They made some content that day. It just wasn't the funny they thought they were going to record.

This document alleges the FBI erased survivors reports, used them and alleges survivor attorneys were part of the cover up.

If true, that isn’t negligence. It’s bigger than that.

Reports don’t disappear by accident.
Victims don’t erase themselves.
Release the complete Epstein files.

According to reports today, documents are being destroyed.
February 10, 2026 at 12:30 AM
Nope, you said nothing about the case being filed against Trump. Guess you were too busy trying to drag Biden. Also, earlier arguments directed at me said it was Biden's policy, not Trump's.
February 10, 2026 at 12:29 AM
And to answer your suggestion, no I doubt Biden even considered releasing any of the Epstein information considering his FBI was still investigating and interviewing people. Unlike TV, they're not going to destroy their investigation just to leak information.

One thing I've learned in my 20 years of court watching is that there's the 5th Circuit (Texas), the 9th Circuit (California), and then the rest of the country falls somewhere in between.

I'm curious as to why it got kicked back down to the district court.

Interestingly enough, I went to go find the actual case to see the opinion.

East Bay Sanctuary Covenant et al. v. Biden is still being argued in the courts now with Trump as the defendant. It also appears the case originated in 2018 which would have been originally filed against Trump.

Well, your screenshot mentioned a January 5th announcement. When I did a search for a January 5th announcement, that announcement was related to Title 42.

Maybe post a link the next time to make things clearer.

You're right. No court forced Biden to enact that ban. I couldn't tell you why he did.

I haven't seen it myself. At least not yet.

Now, don't forget to post the court rulings, including rulings from the Supreme Court, that ordered the Biden administration to continue to enforce Trump's Title 42 policies after the administration ended then when they took office.

Tell the entire story.

Bruh.. 😂😂😂😂

I was not ready for all that. I don't know if I'd shoot with someone like that again. I'm an instructor, and I don't paint myself as some kind of tactical assassin.

If I'm bringing a novice shooter to a range, I'd rather it be a one on one situation so I can focus on safety.

Having reverence to law is how democracy is maintained and flourishes. It's silly to those who have never had to live and exist outside of democracy.

Which ban are you talking about because Biden ended Trump's crazy policies.

BTW, any time DHS or media claim federal agents cannot be investigated or criminally charged by state or local agencies for use of force violations, that is not true. Even CBP & Border Patrol require it according to policy: p. 26.

If Biden broke the law to release the files, I would have called Biden out for breaking the law. There are proper and legal ways to an end. You don't subvert the Constitution when you've taken an oath to uphold and defend it.

There is no middle ground or gray area there in my view. Not at all.

about my thoughts or beliefs.

If there's anything else, just ask instead of assuming. I have no problem with answering questions.

Have a good day.
February 9, 2026 at 6:48 PM
The victims should all be allowed to seek the maximum civil penalties allowed by law. Everyone who participated in this sick shit should have to deal with the fallout for the rest of their existence.

Now, I have to go do some work on my car, so I hope this clears up any assumptions you have
February 9, 2026 at 6:48 PM
The entirety of the Epstein files should be released with only the names of the victims redacted, IMHO. I don't know of what crimes would still be within the statute of limitations for prosecution, but it's quite apparent this current DoJ is not prosecuting anyone at all.
February 9, 2026 at 6:48 PM
Then I grew up. I realized that burning America down because of my hatred of racists and racism would destroy America for those who were not racist as well as destroy my community in the process.

Some people don't and won't get it, but I believe in the rights of the individual and the community.
February 9, 2026 at 6:48 PM
Listening to your POV, you're a mirror image of Trump supporters because you believe that your acts and actions are right and good if they serve your purpose irrespective of whether the law is violated in the process.

I get that. In my militant youth, I felt the same.
February 9, 2026 at 6:48 PM
The central organizing thoughts of my argument is that you either have democracy or you don't. You can't break the law if you're trying to save the law. If you're trying to change the law for the better then you don't destroy democracy to do that.
