One of the best, most wonderful people I know died this morning. Someone I trusted and who trusted me. Someone who relied upon me and I relied upon. The world is all the worse off w/out her in it anymore.

RIP to my mom. She had a big heart and always cared more about others than herself.

Copycat! She often does this, it’s adorable but still makes him nervous.

The acts of kindness we extend to one another, even small, can make such a positive and meaningful impact. Reminders that people do care and you are not alone. Something as simple as getting adorable pet photos on one of those awful days to comfort and soothe the pain inside can really help.

I'm hurting inside. I've been primary caregiver to my mom for around a decade now. Within the last two months her health has declined rapidly. Being there as this wonderful woman is laid low by one health issue after another has worn me down in a way I can't articulate. I keep breaking down in tears
