I'm installing 400 feet of these babies! The first two 100' strings arrived today. The 200' will arrive on Thursday. The installation clips arrive Tuesday, so I'm doing some infrastructure. (Have to run an extension through a couple of walls.)

I've been experimenting with ANS recharge, having been on CPAP for 3 weeks and seeing no improvement on Polar Flow. Turns out having caffeine and/or alcohol in your system when you go to sleep affects it. New rule: no caffeine after lunch and no alcohol after dinner.

Not that I'm making any predictions, but is anyone certain that he's done with demolition? Would anyone find it shocking if he isn't? I remember him referring to the White House itself in 2017 as "a dump".
