What drove them so mad and made them so angry that they're now a danger to the public? Are they this deluded that they imagine every little thing around them is a threat at all times or are they just getting off having their faces fill up with blood and their eyes nearly burst out of their heads?

I think it is probably a bad idea to put clearly unhinged, angry psychopaths in federal law enforcement positions.
