Man, Metroid Prime: Federation Force is as mediocre as everyone said it was. I was willing to give it a chance mostly for the Metroid name and it did not deliver.

I've seen design hostility to Vive users before but I've never been locked out of a game entirely. The preferential treatment to Oculus is getting ridiculous.

So I tried a demo yesterday for Genotype. VR FPS Metroidvania, sounds good right? Then I'm doing the tutorial and there's no button to use alt-fire on my controller. Turns out this game straight up doesn't support Vive. You need an Index or Oculus. Love being punished for having a different headset.
