I am an army brat… father career infantry soldier from 1934 to 1964. Loaned to the British Army in 1941 as they needed junior officers desperately. Proud anti fascist fought in the Norman invasion and wounded in Belgium. Served in Egypt and Gaza in first UN peacekeeping missions.
