My money says that Mr Williams has hit a woman to the point she should have visited an ER
Military has history of tattooing brutal symbolism to convey their kill before you're killed ethos. I understand if don't appreciate that. But if a guy gets a tat which he likely had little understanding of, does that define him for eternity? No. It was a moment. That moment (if not the tat passed).

In certain ways it looked a lot worse on Friday

on top of my water heater issue this weekend, I rolled my ankle hard on Friday night. Fairly sure it's nothing serious at this point, but the foot is still incredibly swollen

Ken is the best source on sliding sports, and if you watch the video you'll see a sliding sport. QED.

Piss off, this rules, give me nonstop chaos.

This water heater was almost old enough to be the average bluesky user

Fun to wake up to a dead water heater

Yes, I understand that you want to change the subject. None of us have to pretend you weren't stupid, though

The fact that these idiots need to pretend people said something else is why they should be ignored. They will never do anything to defeat MAGA, because they like having MAGA around
Again - and I cannot believe I have to keep asking this - how does this mentality help you win elections?

How does looking at 2024 and going "Those fucking idiots are gonna get what they deserve" serve you better than "Wow, we really fumbled that easy layup, what can we do better?"
"voters aren't responsible for their votes" is such a stupid idea

"voters aren't responsible for their votes" is such a stupid idea
The inversion of electorial responsibilities by American libeerals is extremely bizarre to me. It's a mentality that Democrats cannot fail voters, the voters fail Democrats. If "your guy" didn't win it has nothing to do with the guy and everything to do with a disobedient electorate.

Had dinner at a restaurant in downtown Huntington Beach. Returned there 28 months later to propose
This is an unapologetically sappy feel-good subject (at least, I guess, for people in a happy relationship”). So, to prepare for Valentine’s Day, what did you and your partner do for a first date?

My wife and I went to tea at Huntington Gardens and walked around.
On our first date, my spouse and I spent like an hour talking about footnotes.

A lot of leftists are incredibly pissed off at a Democratic Party that they are hallucinating. There are lots of real things to criticize the party about, getting mad at them for nominating Newsom tells everyone that you absolutely must be ignored because you are crazy
February 13, 2026 at 5:10 PM
I wish to be mean to anyone who says that
I do not wish to be mean, but if I hear you in the year 2026 claiming that Elon Musk "saved free speech" from "leftist censors" I am going to question your judgment on pretty much everything else, because you do not live in reality.

Sorry, but not recognizing the role of humor in this sort of situation doesn’t make me think you’re taking the matter seriously at all
You can joke about Pam Bondi’s ridiculous unprofessionalism all you want, but I’m deeply shocked by it: She acts as if she fears absolutely no consequences, convinced that there will be no more political power transfers. — This should shake everyone to their core.

Bluesky in a nutshell.

Some context: BLS released its jobs numbers today, which were better than expected, and resistance libs would rather stay mad/conspiratorial than listen to actual on-the-ground experts that the data is still reliable.

Among other issues, this shows a massive lack of self awareness. Some of us know and can accept that we are bad writers.
Unless I missed an earlier one, it looks like we got Emil Bove's first published majority opinion last week. Judge for yourself. www2.ca3.uscourts.gov/opinarch/251...

Going to test the limits of how many drafts we can have
v1.116 is rolling out now!

For all the overthinkers and perfectionists out there, we're launching Drafts.

One big challenge is learning the language to use with each client. I have one business client where I have to phrase things differently depending on which partner I'm talking to, which makes it complicated when I'm talking to them together
Job of a lawyer is to tell you what the risks of various options are.

It's up to you to decide how much risk you're willing to take on
The job of a lawyer is generally to tell you what the safest option is, and that’s not always the best option.

Worth noting that Johnson comes from an anti-catholic tradition but is too much of a coward to take that stance. He loathes the pope but won't say so because Trump castrated him
Given that he's Baptist, it would not surprise me if he's been fed the anti Catholic rhetoric. So what he does know is likely wrong and very skewd.
