These are evil people. these are people who have either broken the social contract and by their actions forfeited their humanity, or have made the conscious decision that any resistance to their violent whims is subject to execution and thus they fail to see anyone else's humanity.

It's fascinating that after breaking the legal observers' car window, reaching in the car to unlock and open the door and unbuckle the driver's seat belt, they just gave up when they couldn't get them out of the car. Just walked away. Evil, lawless, and also lazy
