California pols (city / county / state gov) are horribly addicted to a #CASTE ladder: White people on top, followed by Latinos, Asians, Black people on lower rungs. The fact that no state or national Journos EVER pull and examine the Data on this reality is also due to the #CASTE system.

Welp, FWIW, I hope they don’t let this racist asshole out. Not only bc he won’t ID his accomplices for fear they might hurt him (but helping put them in jail might help keep him & his fam safe more than his silence will); but the cont’d use of racial slurs in prison tells me he is NOT a changed man.
