Here’s where I convince you that I’m legit. I am, indeed, legit. Shitlib. Misanthrope. Obscure 1990’s movie criminal. Dark Brandon acolyte. Blocked by David Klion, David Sirota, Hunter Walker, and Helen Lewis.

I wonder if MAGA realizes how many “normies” are turning ACAB after seeing shit like this day after day?
WGN, this woman’s employer, is now reporting she was not charged with any crimes and was released.

DHS said earlier she was arrested for assault for throwing objects at agents.

Sorry to belabor this but Weiss is achieving exactly what she was sent to do -- to destroy CBS News on behalf of the aged rich rightwing rageclowns who demand vengeance for Walter Cronkite and Dan Rather.

Quit thinking about it as a failure. At worst, she's been duped. But the mission is clear.
Bari Weiss: Anderson, how about if you become my CBS Evening News anchor, in addition to your 60 Minutes duties?

Anderson Cooper: How about if I just quit CBS News altogether?

The fact that RW media is focusing on the RI shooters gender identity, and is utterly ignoring the SS bolts behind a Death’s Head tattoo, really tells you what they’re willing accept. Nazis rank higher than Trans people.
i’ve noticed how nothing’s been said about the shooter’s tattoos or extremely far right views espoused on social media (e.g. nick fuentes fandom)

Reading @polphilpod.bsky.social piece about the failure of the Democratic “Tea Party” and this section reminded me of a bit of drama that happened on Twitter when it was still Twitter.

Virtue signaling is good actually. What was bad about “cancel culture,” such as it was, was the tendency to hector and mob random, relatively powerless people for anything from thoughtless transgressions to actual misunderstandings.

I’m sorry that 100k isn’t enough to support the type of lifestyle you want in a costal enclave, but that still doesn’t make you working class. “I’m just like you, person working 3 jobs to make rent.”

Anderson Cooper is leaving 60 Minutes after a two-decade run at the newsmagazine. Cooper decided not to renew his CBS contract amid broader upheaval at the network under David Ellison and Bari Weiss.

No.

The point is to achieve a positive result. I don't need a blowjob for it. I want the thing and then I'm going back to brunch.

The reason a party ballot line has power is specifically BECAUSE a large number of people have pledged unconditional support to it! The difference between a candidate with the D next to their name and a write in is the knowledge and confidence that a lot of other people are voting for the D!
