I've been thinking about the possibility of this concept for years (using panels in subway tunnels to create a stop-motion video effect as trains pass) and was hoping the TTC might use it for an art installation. Instead it looks like it will be used for advertising. www.thestar.com/news/gta/ttc...

It's easier for someone with a felony to become President of the country than to vote in the United States
First of all, felons should not be disenfranchised at all, full stop, second of all, it is wild to have restoration of voting rights contingent on a governor's approval.
