Ah, the pewdiepie conundrum of “I just have to not be racist to get this bag”

Someone tooled a TTRPG around Fear and Hunger and it’s bad that that’s one of the extremes that I enjoy playing in

I’ve said it for a while, the only credibility AI has as a service is the collateral and monetary belief we’re all willing to give it.

We haven’t been giving it, and it needs that, so people who HAVE invested decide to sell it as the the Thing Most Necessary because they kinda have to
The reality is they NEED this to work outside of that use case and it barely does for most people. I am a lot more open to it than a lot of people I know because I actually like it when technology makes things better. But the flopsweat on people insisting this MUST work is awfully familiar.

When I say THREADS wasn’t made to be marketable, I truly mean it was not made to be marketable
February 12, 2026 at 12:05 PM
THREADS is very much a thing that you kinda can’t remake. For it to be understood, it has to be brutal and real and lo-fi, it wasn’t made for profit, it was made as a warning. It was unconcerned with marketability. That was the power of it.
Threads director Mick Jackson has expressed worry over the upcoming remake’s focus on finding “hope even in the most challenging of times.”

“That one phrase worried me,” he tells Empire. “Hope is not part of nuclear war.”

Sorry for ranting, it’s just that we’re gonna see a lot of that stuff and Chris Hayes shouldn’t have chosen to attempt to gaslight a bunch of people, all I’m saying

You deserve access to abortion care if you are pregnant and do not want to be. Full stop.

Your reasons are your reasons and they are good enough.

Abortion is healthcare and everyone deserves healthcare access.
You don’t need a traumatic or tragic story to deserve abortion care.
