Just reflexively oppositional, YOU NEGOTIATED THIS DEAL! If you'd not held the election when you did, Rishi would have signed it. YOU WERE IN THE FOREIGN OFFICE AT THE TIME.
This is (1) disgraceful at a moment of national danger, (2) laughably unserious and (3) deeply unwise when the President is obviously becoming incapacitated and the most unpopular person in the whole UK. Utterly disqualifying.

New Lanzarote to Antigua race record set by Baltic 111 Raven in this year’s RORC Transat. Record now sits at a little over 6 days 22 hours. Great first official race from the team, and proving the AC-style foiling concept can work offshore.

No deal, no agreement, no treaty with the American government can any longer be trusted. They have been demonstrating this for some time. It’s about time we started taking it seriously.

Around 21 hours ahead of the record. The final stretch to the finish now - can they keep it up, and will the record come in below 40 days?

It's incredible the extent to which an unreliable statistic oscillating around zero is reported each month as if it actually means anything
This happens so often, yet it is still a thing that dominates and guides the news cycle. Governments and policies live and die on these minor fluctuations, which often prove to be inaccurate in any case.

Your Party 🤝 Jair Bolsonaro

providing us with reliably familiar nonsense in an alarming world
New: Sources close to Jeremy Corbyn said he didn’t give permission for his name to be used on this slate and a specific request was put in that his name was not included. Sources said Corbyn is “very upset” that this was done without his consent.
New: A new group - Grassroots Left - has launched a slate of candidates ahead of Your Party’s central executive committee elections. The slate is backed by Your Party co-founder Zarah Sultana and has called for “no more top-down party”.

Nominations for the CEC elections close next week.

Incredible what a relentless campaign of disinformation about a so-called “invasion” can achieve.

In fact having peaked at 944,000 in year to March 2023 net migration to the UK fell by over two-thirds to 204,000 in year to June 2025. Those arriving on small boats make up less than 5% of the total.
Two-thirds of UK voters wrongly think immigration is rising, poll finds
Exclusive: Voters say they have little confidence that government can control borders despite sharp falls in net migration

Sodebo passed Cape Horn after 26 days, 4 hours and 46 minutes around 11 hours ahead of IDEC’s 2017 record. The picture in the South Atlantic doesn’t look too stable right now, so the passage back north might not be easy.
