👉DID YOU KNOW? The Telehealth Modernization Act of 2024 was voted UNANIMOUSLY BIPARTISAN out of committee (unheard of these days) in December 2024 (& previous votes were also UNANIMOUSLY BIPARTISAN).

Roberts is saying that the court's own precedent from a couple of years ago, where it ruled that Alabama had to draw racial fair maps, doesn't apply to this (identical) case, essentially because the Alabama case was poorly argued.
It's a terrible argument, but the hill Roberts is gonna die on.

The conservative argument before SCOTUS is that a recent remedy in Alabama is unconstitutional bc it is biased against Caucasian people.

There was problem the court said you must allow this to fix it and this case wants to undo that bc it’s about race.
