Ertz deserved better than this if this dirty hit is what ends his career. He’s an incredible TE but he’s an even better person. He was so good to our community when he was an Eagle that we cheer for him when he comes to the Linc with ANOTHER TEAM. I’m sick over this & hope it looked worse than it is

I’m adopted & don’t want to find my bio family right now; the only reason I would is for my health. However, I totally support ANY adoptee who feels the yearning to do so—no matter their reasons. There’s so much that’s out of our control as adoptees & this tool gives us some agency in our own lives.
We are not plot devices in people’s narratives. We are whole beings who deserve to know where we came from and our health info.
I will always support an adoptee’s effort to find out about THEMSELVES. Not sorry. 🥚

There was an article in WSJ several years ago that suggested adoptees doing DNA tests was unethical, for the usual bs "you could disrupt innocent peoples' lives!" reasons.

I’m adopted & don’t want to find my bio family right now; the only reason I would is for my health. However, I totally support ANY adoptee who feels the yearning to do so—no matter their reasons. The soft pedaling language being used to describe the men in the Epstein files is enraging.
They didn’t “have sex with underage girls”.
They raped them.
Sex implies consent.
