No yelling but as Black man with a wife & kids living in Canada "Twitter may be horrible, but it's still shaping policy" I can assure you 110% the anti-Black / anti-Indigenous racism that is celebrated there has no relevance to shaping any policy period. We as a society do better without it. Cheers!

In the 1980s and 1990s, I thought I liked Woody Allen movies, but one day I realized what I liked was Mia Farrow and Diane Keaton, old jazz and the cinematography of Gordon Willis. Absent one or more of those things, I really don’t care for Woody Allen movies.

Horror is OFTEN about marginalized experiences. The terrible thing you're up against has been a metaphor for real shit you have to deal with since a bunch of anonymous housewives were telling ghost stories (about patriarchal abuse) in the periodicals.

In addition to "you're so entitled" I really hate how people tell bicyclists we're "overreacting" to the things that drivers do that aren't overtly hostile. I have ridden my bike long enough to know just how quickly impatience can turn into violence. I am well aware of how vulnerable I am.
