This includes the primary payment method, expected by the time the first draft is completed. This also includes means to contact me, via Discord, Twitter, or Bluesky

Page 2, featuring a Full-Body artwork example, and examples of portraits and half-body artwork. Portraits start at $55 and add an additional $35 per extra person, Half-Body is $80 + 50 per extra, and Full-Body is $140 + 90 per extra. Cost Reductions can be made if looking for only the Lineart in black/white, or only the flat colors and no additional rendering, to be discussed when commissioning.

Makoto Yukimura was worried that Vinland Saga's farming arc and "I have no enemies" moment was a gamble that readers wouldn't like. I told him about the J. Cole meme from the Kendrick Lamar and Drake rap beef. This is how he reacted.

If “I have no enemies” has become a meme and people remember it, then maybe people will understand what I’m really trying to say through the story, which is that humans are immature, but we can mature. To become mature is to become kind. This is the foundation of what I’m trying to say, but it really has to be much shorter for people to remember. But it does give me hope that people remember these short phrases as memes. Then, one day, it will click in their mind what I was trying to really say in the first place.

F91 was released to theaters in an incomplete state, using TV-quality animation they had already made and missing many scenes. Later in the same year a "complete" edition was released to theaters, comprised of almost 100% redone animation. if you've seen F91 it was probably Complete Edition.

I miss when devs HAD to optimize or it couldn't ship, now they're like "lol just buy a five thousand dollar computer idiot". They'll continue to do so because people just blindly pre-order like idiot lemmings.

LLMs, he argues, already are at the scaling limits. “We don’t know exactly when LLMs might hit diminishing returns hard, because we don’t have a measure of the statistical complexity of language. To find out whether we have hit a wall we have to watch the LLM developers. If they release a model that cost 10x more, likely using 20x more compute than the previous one, and it’s not much better than what’s out there, then we’ve hit a wall,” he says.

And that’s what has happened: ChatGPT-3 cost $50 million, ChatGPT-4 cost $500 million and ChatGPT-5, costing $5 billion, was delayed and when released wasn’t noticeably better than the last version. It’s also easy for competitors to catch up.

“So, in summary; you can’t create an app with commercial value as it is either generic (games etc), which won’t sell, or it is regurgitated public domain (homework), or it is subject to copyright. It’s hard to advertise effectively, LLMs cost an exponentially larger amount to train each generation, with a rapidly diminishing gain in accuracy. There’s no moat on a model, so there’s little pricing power. And the people who use LLMs the most are using them to access compute that costs the developer more to provide than their monthly subscriptions,” he says.
