In most cases, these so called “banned books” have not been removed from libraries or schools, only restricted to appropriate age groups.

Some in Florida were temporarily removed by classroom teachers/school librarians pending clarification of the law when it was new.

I do know that President Obama deported many thousands more than Trump in his first term but he could do it discreetly because it wasn’t front page news daily.

During his 2012 re-election campaign, Latinos labeled him the Deporter in Chief, and he, too, faced criticism for insufficient due process.
