As a late teen/early 20 person I remember Comedy Central doing a Turkey Day marathon of MST3K. Thats what was on my family’s TV rather than parades and football.

A corollary to "please talk about indie games you like on social media" is: "Virtually all games are indie games." D&D and Catan probably don't need your marketing boost, but you can assume almost everything in the games hobby does and, honestly, creating new D&D and Catan players doesn't hurt.
