MAGA tears over Joe's pardon of Hunter is laughable considering Trump pardoned and then hired people who were traitors to the U.S.

With their "socialist/communist" name-calling, MAGAs show themselves to be stupid, liars, or both. Why do reporters stand by as numbskulls like Marjorie Taylor Greene uses the terms on everyone who isn’t MAGA If they asked her to define the terms, she couldn't.

One of the most common & heartbreaking complaints I hear from seniors is that they are being denied care by their "Medicare Advantage" plan -- a private insurance plan that exploits Medicare's sterling reputation for profit. We do not need more privatization of Medicare.

Reminder #2 that Trump has not become all-powerful King Donald I, & contrary to what he would like you to think has no mandate to do anything, but is still the same blustering, bloviating, maliciously incompetent fool he always was.

Remember when Jake Tapper and Dana Bash moderated a presidential debate and didn’t think it was worth asking about a judge calling Trump a rapist?

The media surrender started a long time ago.

Trumpism carries echoes of the rise of Nazism:
/ A politician attempting a coup and failing – yet being welcomed back into electoral politics
/ Demonization of minorities
/ Subversion of the courts
One thing the U.S. has not experienced yet is the Reichstag Fire. This thread is about that. 1/8 🧵

VA disability is what keeps millioins of veterans out of poverty. His haircare costs are higher than most of them take home.
Pete Hegseth thinks that disabled veterans shouldn't apply for all of the benefits that they qualify for if injured in the line of service.

Vile man has zero leadership experience and has no business running the Department of Defense.

Those advising the President must be trustworthy public servants. Joined @repdonbeyer.bsky.social to introduce a bill to uphold the security clearance process and prevent individuals with major security concerns from accessing sensitive intelligence materials.
Trump abused the security clearance process to reward allies and family, even when national security staff and his own Chief of Staff warned against it. He's trying to do it again. I introduced the Security Clearance Review Act with @tedlieu.bsky.social to stop this.
