I tried one of those continuous glucose monitors cause I had some remaining FSA money and I kinda like gadgets. Bit disappointed that the sensor was supposed to go 2 weeks but only lasted 1. Seems like my glucose is Ok though considering it was monitoring me during Thanksgiving.

We have had crazy wind and some snow here in WI. Yesterday morning before dawn I was startled awake...the new outer chicken coop blew away flipping the inner coop over! I thought my chickens were gone but luckily I found them huddled in the flipped coop 🥺. Spent this morning putting the coop back up

Hey fam new Ozymandias just dropped.
So much this! Even as a "tech person" I avoid getting a new phone unless I have to. Better cameras, bigger screens, more storage space....MEH none of that is compelling enough to make me want to go through the hassle and expense.
there has been no meaningful improvement in the devices or their functionality in 10 years in any way that affects what any normal person uses them to do, people only switch when forced updates cause a device which worked fine yesterday to lag so bad you can't type at full speed until you replace it

Oh, wow so much of this is puppetry. I do love digital puppetry. Growing up in the puppeteering world as I did, I will always have a soft spot for it. It really is magical when done well and Disney does it really well.
This documentary is fantastic.
