Where are all the “Starmer needs to get us back in the EU” brigade? This is how you go about it, not like a bull in a China shop!
👏🏽"We must all now confront the reality that the Brexit deal significantly hurt our economy. We have to keep reducing frictions. We have to keep moving towards a closer relationship with the EU. And we have to be grown up about it. To accept that it will require trade-offs."👏🏽

An all male cabinet in Reform led Lancashire “I’m sure there are some ladies the group will be useful in the future” is an actual quote. Now the Police are investigating online sexist abuse by some of them. What a surprise.

The Tories and Farage howl about ‘benefit cheats’ losing pennies - meanwhile their billionaire mates dodge mountains of tax. DWP estimates £9.5 bn lost to benefit fraud/error in 2024-25. HMRC estimates £46.8 bn slipped through the cracks in 2023-24. #ukpolitics

Nigel Farage asked about Reform MS Laura Anne Jones (who the Senedd Commissioner found had used a racist term in a staff WhatsApp chat in August 2023 while discussing TikTok writing: “No chinky spies for me.”)
"Well, she used a word that colloquially, probably was meant in a nice way 20 years ago."

He really is a racist piece of shit
December 2014 and Nigel Farage defends dropped UKIP candidate Kerry Smith. He defends the racist slur "chinky", the homophobic slur "poofter" and suggests it is what people who live in council houses say (which is class based bigotry). Even Nick Ferrari is less than impressed.

My take on today’s budget: everybody agrees the country is on its knees. Everyone agrees it’s a massive job to lift it up from said knees. Everyone knows it’s going to cost money & take time. Not many people want to actually pay extra to get all of the above done!

Income tax thresholds should be higher, not frozen - this is a regressive tax increase, hitting lower earners most - we take money from people on minimum wage and then give them 'in work benefits' - there’s no sense in that.
