Update on Churro (m'baby rosy boa!): today I upgraded him from a 75 watt to a 100 watt heat bulb. While I got to see him cryptic basking more since changing from a 50 to the 75, I still haven't seen him openly sun tanning. (Of course, he might just hate living in an aquarium.)

I think it is important to note that there’s absolutely nothing wrong with having a different neurotype, such as Autism (ASD), ADHD, etc. Pathologizing someone with Autism potentially exacerbates existing harms they’re likely already struggling with. It leads to harmful labeling and stigma.

My first ever diorama base for a model that I have painted! 🥹❤️ The glittery rocks are real & natural - they are from the shores of a remote reservoir lake in the Canadian Rockies. Fake grass tufts plus yellow & purple flowers hopefully turn this base into a lovely mini meadow.❤️
