It's frustrating that a book I worked on well over a year ago isn't available because of the Diamond situation. I've spent so much time working on manga over the past year and only have a few books to show from it because of scheduling. Really excited to be able up show off more stuff next year.

one of the things that makes me most mad about genAI (and there are many) is we've been told there's not enough money for hiring. but there's billions poured into ai.

I don't know which of my kouhais need to hear this, but because I'm seeing this in a ton of commercial J>E game locs: you really shouldn't retain quotation marks in the same places as the Japanese source text 9 times of 10, especially outside dialogue. Punctuation parity in general is often sloppy.

Now that Pixel Panels is done, I've jumped back over to Project Gray Ghost. I've revised these letters at least a half dozen times over the last 6 months. Starting to get closer to what I see in my head. Pic 1) Bottom two lines are my latest. Pic 2) A close-up. Pic 3) All the rejected versions.

This has gotta be Aoshima's magnum opus. The kit does have slight greebles but the animation colors give it such sense of accuracy and the proportions are fantastic. Articulation is great despite the size and heft of the kit too
