I think continuing this hpyothetical scenario on HOA: Lets say the client lives in the States and in Florida specifically.Their area has two HOAs. One is a community development district and the other their subdivision HOA.

The client is talking about Subdivision HOA fines.

Harvard needs to learn that the attacks on universities are not in any way led by Trump. Heck I bet he barely knows they exist. Those are very much Rufo and Miller. And they will never be placated by an ego trip. They won’t ever stop until all women and non-white people are banned from colleges.

I use it with my laptop when traveling (I got a small case to hold it). Its not the most portable thing. But man it feels good to type numebrs on. Reminds me of the old calculators that used to run on the ribbon rolls.
