You know you got trauma bad when you go to have a hot shower and you run the water from the hot tap for about 30 sec to hear if the hot water kicks on... That is actually makes you scared to take a shower incase it is not working and you have another cold one... I hate #Reliance

Im incredibly thankful I live in an era of human history where this is possible....Theres hope. Thats something I didn't feel I had when I first got diagnosed...this makes me incredibly happy and motivated to keep going
