If they were to repurchase their houses, post woks, at the same price as they sell them now, I could see their neighbours who didn’t launch a judicial appeal having something to see about relative devaluing of their homes

Yeah, I wouldn’t be immensely surprised. But still, at some pointing throwing money at a problem to move forward is a valid solution

It’s very socially interesting - they will lose an amount of their identity by selling up. It’s good for the country to do this, money is relatively cheap now, and it removes the benefit to the objectors (good transport)

Lack of decent parking at home is a big barrier.
I worked with the Belarmine RA and the council to run a pilot to see could we support residents in a practical way with advice and funding.
