Has to be understood as a threat
Trump: "We can never let what happened in the 2020 election happen again. We just can't let that happen. I know Kash is working on it, everybody is working on it. And certainly Tulsi is working on it. We can't let that happen again to our country."

I worked on the Hill when Jim Jeffords switched. The difference back then was
that he didn’t have to worry about being assassinated. These people are spineless. They’re intimidated by Trump but primarily, they’re afraid of ending up like Gabby Giffords and Steve Scalise.
I’m aware. That’s why I’m
focussed on the mid terms. Dems can’t sit this one out. Especially young people who tend not to show up for the mid-terms.
My husband and father both died of pancreatic cancer.
Right now, hundreds of people are in hospitals watching loved ones die of this horrible disease.
EVERYONE should be pushing for firing or impeachment of RFK jr. He is shutting down promising research!!!

Thune and Johnson control what gets to the floor. Those are the rules that thwarted them when Pelosi and Schumer were passing tons of bills the Rs hated. They were powerless to stop the first gun safety bull in 30 years. Thats how the place works.
Elections are held by the states. Blue and purple states WILL hold elections nexy year. Red states shut down elections at their own peril.
Between now and then, all we can do is fight in the courts. And I support those organizations carrying the load.
It’s all about winning the House next year. Let’s get busy.
Want to lose Mike Johnson?
Want to get Epstein Files?
Want to secure elections?
Want to Impeach Nazis?
Want to abolish ICE?
Want to SAVE 🇺🇸?

THEN FOCUS ON A SOLUTION

Democrats can get majority, but no one is asking them to do it.

Let’s hope so!!!!
Like the French under nazi occupation, sooner or later each American will find themselves in a moment where they have to choose between collaboration and acquiescence, or resistance. And I have a feeling that will be sooner rather than later.
Trump may not care about closing the government, but most Republicans are scared shitless.
Unless the Affordable Care Act credits are restored, 4 million people will see massive premium increases—especially people in these red states.
This is what Dems are fighting against: massive increases in Obamacare premiums.
No Trump appointee is worried about stopping the next 9/11. None of them.
Appallingly, right now officials at the highest levels of the US state are concocting pretexts for investigations and agency actions against groups engaged in lawful political advocacy, all to destroy civil society and facilitate authoritarianism.

New piece on this:

Trump’s Eruption of Rage at Texas ICE Shooting Hints at a Darker Story
To Trumpworld, the Dallas shooting appears to provide the perfect pretext to start silencing wholly lawful advocacy groups—for inciting “violence and terrorism.”

Reality being that this person chose to ignore everything Hillary Clinton and Kamala Harris said, not to mention Trump’s own campaign promises.
When reality hits.
This is what the Pope is talking about.
The richest nation in the world can’t consider itself pro-life if it allows this to happen.

If you think that adults taking Tylenol hurt kids, just wait until you read what the adults in the Epstein Files were doing to them.
In addition to dismantling democracy, the wholesale diversion of Federal law enforcement to deportations and repression of the opposition makes me wonder:
is anyone still working to prevent the next 9/11?
