Have been thinking about “immigration has been tearing this country apart.” Surely I’m not the only person to think that it isn’t true, but inflamed rhetoric about immigration by politicians is what is tearing this country apart and so statements like that only makes it worse.

In the course of writing this I discovered what the phrase "introduce me to fagan" means.
New article, definitely something for the social history fans - the monkey parade (or 'monkey run'). Teenagers promenading in towns and cities on Sunday evenings, flirting, cruising. It was dubbed the “monkey parade” or the “monkey run”.

A government source has said that Downing Street has gone in to "full bunker mode" which, if I remember history correctly, means Starmer is in meth withdrawal, has constant diarrhoea and is about to give cyanide to his dog then blow his brains out.
