Proving I've never listened too closely to "Plastic Ono Band," I only just noticed that in the middle of "Hold On" Lennon blurts out "Cookie!" imitating the Cookie Monster— Sesame Street was still pretty new at the time. Nice bit of levity and a welcome break from all the "genius is pain" stuff.
